Evocasa Optima – Phase II

Description

Evocasa Optima building B residential project, consists of 11-storey modern building, located in the South-East area of the City, on Fetesti Street, District 3.

The second development phase of the project was completed in July 2013 and comprised a total amount of 84 units.

The 6730 sq m building, entirely built of reinforced concrete and a Porotherm-type brick system, has wide hallways on the ground floor, ensuring access to the specially designed bike areas or the storage rooms.
