Romana Offices

Description

 The Romana office building is located at 20 Dacia Boulevard, Sector 1, Bucharest overlooking Piata Romana. The 5-storey development offers up to 2,460 sq. m of lettable office space and 34 parking spaces in the building’s underground car park. Within this project, Vitalis Consulting provided Project Monitoring Services in 2010, as well as Energy Performance Certificate in April 2011.
