CONTINUING THE VISION VITALIS CONSULTING AT H PIPERA LAKE PHASE II
Vitalis Consulting is pleased to announce its continued involvement in the development of H Pipera Lake, one of the most ambitious residential projects in the northern metropolitan area of Bucharest. The second phase of the project, currently underway, comprises five new residential buildings. Located on the shore of lake Pipera – in the increasingly dynamic Pipera—Tunari corridor – the complex reflects the growing demand for high-quality, modern living spaces in the area.
This new phase builds on the success of our previous work with Hagag Development Europe, with whom we have maintained a close and productive collaboration since 2018. Vitalis was also involved in the development of the first phase of H Pipera Lake, providing project management services, site management, H&S Coordination and construction management throughout key stages of the project lifecycle.
The relationship between Hagag and Vitalis has evolved over the years into a trusted partnership, rooted in shared standards of professionalism, transparency, and long-term vision.
