A NEW CHAPTER FOR COTA 1400

This month marks an important milestone for a remarkable hospitality project in Romania: Radisson Blu Sinaia Cota 1400 has officially opened its doors to guests, bringing a historic mountain landmark back to life as a new destination for premium hospitality. Vitalis Consulting was proud to be part of this ambitious project, contributing to the transformation of one of Sinaia s most iconic properties and supporting its journey from a historic building to a contemporary luxury hotel.

Built in 1939, Hotel Cota 1400 is a historic landmark located at 1,400 1,400-meter altitude in the heart of the Bucegi Mountains, above Sinaia. Following an extensive renovation and redevelopment, the property has been thoughtfully restored, preserving its architectural character while introducing modern comfort and the standards of the Radisson Blu brand. The newly opened hotel is the first international international-brand hotel in Romania at this altitude, bringing a new level of hospitality to one of the country’s most spectacular mountain destinations. It also marks the 20th hotel project in our portfolio, reflecting our growing experience and continued commitment to Romania s hospitality sector.

For Vitalis Consulting, the completion and opening of the hotel represents a rewarding milestone and another opportunity to contribute to a complex project where heritage, technical expertise, quality and modern hospitality come together. From a landmark built more than eight decades ago to a new destination for guests from Romania and beyond, Cota 1400 has entered a new chapter.

We are proud to have been part of its journey!
