Our involvement extends across a diverse portfolio of projects currently under development, including One High District , a mixed mixed-use residential and commercial complex comprising four towers with up to 20 above above-ground floors; One Lake Club , a premium residential development with two basement levels, 14 floors + 1technical floor; One Floreasca Gallery , a modern office and retail project totaling over 27,000 sqm; One Lake District , a residential community comprising 786 apartments; and One M Hotel , a luxury hospitality development located in northern Bucharest. As Project Monitor, Vitalis ensures that each development progresses in accordance with approved technical documentation, regulatory requirements and financing conditions. Through regular site inspections, construction progress assessments and detailed reporting, we provide lenders and investors with a clear and reliable overview of project status and performance. Our role also includes verifying that all necessary permits and approvals are in place, reviewing compliance with design specifications and construction authorizations, and confirming that completed works correspond to the approved project documentation. By identifying potential inconsistencies at an early stage and monitoring the proper use of funding, we help mitigate risks and support informed decision decision-making throughout the development lifecycle.
