In this context, Vitalis Consulting PM started in February the site supervision services for a new indoor entertainment and play facility currently under development in Timișoara. The project spans approximately 3,500 square meters and is set to become a major leisure attraction in the region, offering a dynamic mix of activity areas and complementary functions within a carefully coordinated layout.
Our scope of services covers full site supervision throughout the construction phase. The team ensures that all works are carried out in accordance with the approved technical documentation, quality standards, and project timeline. By maintaining a constant on-site presence, we monitor progress, verify compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and facilitate effective collaboration between contractors, designers, and suppliers.
