As part of the continuous development of the range of services for its clients, Vitalis Consulting established starting from March 2010 a dedicated division for specialized Site Inspector’s services. The Site Inspector services are provided throughout the entire development of the project starting with the Pre – Construction phase up to the final procedures legally required upon signing the works completion handover protocol.
Among the tasks undertaken, we provide since the start on site all the required technical and quality inspection regarding the materials and equipments used, the conformity of the execution on site with the provisions of the agreed design, the conformity of the technical methods and of the workmanship with the norms and regulations in force. In parallel our inspectors verify that all the documents proving the review and implementation of quality parameters are according to the valid legislation, they review the existence of all the required permits and permits compliance with the provisions of Law 50/1991 and Law 453/2001 and at the final stage of the project our site inspector will coordinate the compilation and issue of the Building Book. To date, among the references for the above services we can mention Schneider Electric, Avon Cosmetics, la Roche, GSK Romania, etc.
