Vitalis Consulting was recently appointed as Project and Cost Manager for residential neighborhood developed in Ploiesti by Adama Holding Ltd, a leading Real Estate development company, active in markets across Central & Eastern Europe.
The project consists of approximately 1,000 units in small buildings (P+4) and villas with two main boulevards, green spaces and gardens, and a unique relaxation center composed of spa, private club and more.
The goal of Vitalis within this project is to ensure that the project is established within the agreed programme of works, in accordance with the quality standard and the settled budget.
